PRIVATE SECURITY PERMISSION REQUEST FORM PREPARATION GUIDE

1- In the “PERSON, INSTITUTION OR COMPANY” section;

In the “Name Surname / Title” line;

• If the requester is a real person, “Name Surname” will be written.
• If a request is made on behalf of a legal person, the “Title” in the Trade Registry Gazette shall be written in full without using abbreviations. In addition to the legal entity title, the “trademark” that is required to be written on the private security permit shall also be written.

Example: While the applicant’s legal entity title is “Ahmet Yılmaz Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş” in the trade registry gazette, if Yılmaz Hospital is to be written on the private security permit, this situation will be stated as “Ahmet Yılmaz Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Yılmaz Hospital)”.

In the “Address” line;

• In building and facility protection permit requests, the current address of the place to be determined as a duty area will be written. (A document showing the current address obtained from the competent authorities in the last month will be attached)
• If the application is made personally, the workplace or residence address where the guns will be kept, and if the request is made by an institution, organization or company on behalf of the person, the workplace address where the guns will be kept will be written.
• In the requests of private security companies and educational institutions, the address in the activity permit shall be written in the address

 In the Tax Identity Number / T.R. Identity Number” line;

• R. Identity Number in real persons,
• Tax Identification Number will be written in legal persons.

In the “Fixed IP Number” line;

• The fixed IP number registered in the name of the person, institution or organization requesting permission will be written.

In the “Phone Number”; line;

• The telephone number of the place where special security permission is requested in building and facility protection permit requests,
• The telephone number of the place the person to be protected in requests for personal protection permission,
• In the requests of private security company and educational institutions, the telephone number of the place the educational institution or company will be written.

In the “Corporate e-mail Address” line;

• The corporate e-mail address of the place where private security permission is requested in building and facility protection permit requests,
• The corporate e-mail address of the person to be protected in requests for personal protection permission,
• In the requests of private security companies and educational institutions, the corporate e-mail address of the educational institution or company will be written.

In the “Sector” line;

In this section, a single marking will be made according to the sector.

In requests for personal protection permission; in personal applications, the “private” box will be checked, if the request is made by the institution, organization or company on behalf of the individual, it will be checked on the basis of the legal personality of the institution or organization.

In the “Region of Responsibility” line;

            The Police or Gendarmerie box will be checked on the basis of the area of responsibility.

In requests for personal protection permission, the area of responsibility will be checked according to the person’s workplace or residence address if the application is made personally, and according to the person’s workplace address if the request is made by an institution, organization or company on behalf of the person. (according to the address written in the address line)

2- In the “KKKY” section;

KKKY; means“ Person, Institution or Company Representative.

In the “Name and Surname” line;

Name and Surname of the real person authorized by the decision-making bodies or persons of the place/person for which private security permission is granted will be written being responsible for making applications for private security permits, performing works and procedures specific to the place where private security permit is obtained, making notifications in private security units or having them made, and the obligations specified in the law and relevant legislation..

In the “T.R. Identity Number” line;

T.R. Identity Number of KKKY will be written.

In the “Phone Number”; line

Business and/or Mobile Phone Number  of KKKY will be written.

In the “E-mail Address” line;

E-mail Address of KKKY will be written.

3- In the “REQUEST” section;

In the “Type” line;

• “Building and Facility Protection“, if a building or facility protection permit is requested,
• “Personal Protection” if permission is requested for personal protection
• “Money and Valuable Goods Transfer” if a request has been made regarding the transfer of money and valuables.
• If a request is made for the allocation of weapons to the company or educational institution, etc., except for the ones listed above, the “Other” section will be marked. If the “Other” section is marked, a brief explanation will be given.

In the “Subject” line;

If it is the first time to apply for a private security permit; only the “First Application” box will be checked. For requests other than the application to be made for the first time, more than one checks can be made, and the issues that are not listed in this section will be specified in the “Other” box, with an explanation.

In the “Service Execution Method” line;

• If private security services will be carried out by establishing a private security unit; “By Establishing a Private Security Unit”,
• If it will be carried out by purchasing services from private security companies; It will be marked “By Service Purchase Method”.
• If both methods are to be executed together; Both boxes will be checked.

In the “Number of PSGs” line;

The number of PSG’s requested with or without weapons will be written. If both armed and unarmed employment will be provided, both will be marked and the requested PSG numbers will be indicated separately.

If the way the service is carried out will be to establish a private security unit and purchase services when necessary, the number of armed and unarmed PSG requests will be filled separately for both methods.

In the “Number of Weapons” line;

If private security services will be carried out armed; The requested weapon type will be marked and the number will be written under it.

MP-5 gun, which are frequently used in private security services, will be evaluated in the automatic gun column, and other rifles other than shotguns will be evaluated in the rifled rifle column.

In the “Explanation about the Weapon” line;

If there is a request regarding the brand and model of the weapon planned to be used in private security services, it is stated in this section.

In the “Number of Duty Pets” line;

If a duty animal will be used in private security services; The requested animal will be marked and the number will be written under it.

In the “Device and Equipment” line;

Security system devices and equipment that will be used by private Security guards in their field of duty and during the period will be marked in the boxes without specifying numbers. If devices or equipment, the supply of which depends on the permission of the commission (such as unmanned aerial vehicles, frequency mixer devices that provide electromagnetic interference), is requested, the issue regarding the number of these will be stated by making an explanation in the “Other” section.

Other Matters Regarding the Form:

• A rough (simple) sketch and floor plan prepared in a way to show the connection of the building, facility and/or areas to the avenues, streets and other roads for which a private security permit is requested for the first time, or in case of relocation or physical condition changes, shall be attached to the request form.
• A document showing that the address of the place where permission is requested is up-to-date will be attached to the request form.
• The request form will be signed by the person, institution or organization official.

THE PETITION, THE PRIVATE SECURITY PERMISSION REQUEST FORM YOU FILLED AND PREPARED AND THE ATTACHMENTS OF THE PETITION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE PROVINCIAL POLICE DEPARTMENT IF THE PLACE WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE SECURITY SERVICE IS IN THE POLICE ZONE, AND TO THE PROVINCIAL GENDARMERIE COMMAND PRIVATE SECURITY BRANCH IN THE GENDARMERIE ZONE. BY PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIVATE SECURITY COMMISSION MEETING WITH THE INVITATION, YOU CAN ESTABLISH A SPECIAL SECURITY DEPARTMENT OR START OBTAINING PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICE FROM COMPANIES AFTER THE GOVERNOR’S APPROVAL IS GIVEN TO YOUR APPLICATION.
