ISO 9001:2008, which includes methods aiming to keep development and innovation constantly at the forefront of each unit and each personnel, primarily envisages increasing the knowledge, talents and movement capabilities of employees and management by sharing them. It aims to overcome the personal initiatives, prejudices, insecurities and fears that come before us in this direction. One of the main goals of ISO 9001:2008 is to help individuals overcome their “I” ego, which is the biggest obstacle to their own life, work quality and capacity, and to direct the “We All of Us” understanding to social and universal values and standards. We know that institutional quality is not possible without Individual Quality, and we foresee that we should constantly strengthen this human-oriented quality circle.

We should improve our relations with our own staff by facilitating the flow of information and communication in order to ensure that the objectives of senior management are understood by all personnel.
